By focusing on a customer-centered building process and great value, our family-owned company has been providing a better way to build custom homes in southeast Wisconsin since 1987.
Renovations
Lazzaroni Builders Inc. can draft custom home designs or alter existing architectural plans. After design is chosen, cost estimates are charted for materials and labor.
Electrical
At the time of electrical rough-in, the sub-contracted electrician will meet with the customer for location of light fixtures.
Plumbing
Pipes and fixtures are roughed-in. Customer meets with plumber to choose fixtures.
Carpentry
Lazzaroni Builders Inc. installs finish carpentry such as trim, casing, crown molding, wainscoting, exposed beams, etc.
Flooring
The location and types of flooring can be chosen with the help of our expert contractors and can include hardwood, tile, carpet, or vinyl.
About Us
Lazzaroni Builders, Inc has been serving the Walworth County area since 1987, building seven to eight custom homes per year, and constructing large additions and remodels to existing homes.
Lazzaroni Builders is a longtime member of the Lakeland Builders Association, and participated in Lakeland Builders Association’s Parade of Homes many times.
